Overview

The Procurement Intern will support the Procurement team at MSF Barcelona, assisting with the implementation of an e-Procurement Portal and daily procurement tasks. The role aims to provide valuable experience in the Procurement function within an international and multicultural setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and deployment of the e-procurement portal through data structuring, cleaning, and migration of contracts and supplier data.
  • Contribute to the centralization and updating of contract and supplier data.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of contract and supplier information.
  • Support the standardization of contract templates and procurement data management processes.
  • Participate in the deployment of the e-procurement portal by assisting users and providing first-level support.
  • Assist with managing procurement files for goods and services.
  • Support internal departments in needs assessment, supplier sourcing, and procurement processes.
  • Contribute to bid analysis, supplier negotiations, and supplier selection.
Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Other Details
Languages Required
• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level) is required.
Languages Preferred
• Experience with ERP systems will be considered an asset.
Contract Duration
from July to December 2026
Work Modality
Internship can work remotely one or two days a week.
Remuneration
Internship allowance: 600€/month for a 20h of work per week.
