Overview
Provide technical support and cooperation for the procurement, stock management, preposition, and distribution of medicines, vaccines, supplies, and commodities in the northern provinces.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishment of the local warehouse and stock management of medical products.
- Elaborate weekly and monthly reports on consumption, including stock analysis.
- Assess provincial logistics capacities and support the development of a logistic plan.
- Track the pipeline, identify gaps and needs for prioritization.
- Assist in monitoring incoming supplies and updating forecasting/quantification tools.
- Support the implementation of a Stockpile Management System.
Required Experience
- At least 1-year experience in drugs, supplies and logistics management at provincial or district level.
- Previous work in health emergencies will be an asset.
- Working experience with WHO or other international NGO would be an asset.
Qualifications
- Certificate in pharmacy.
- Having logistic and supply management trainings.
