Overview
The UNV People & Culture Officer will support the Cote d’Ivoire Country Office's People & Culture management work, focusing on Learning & Development, Innovation, change management, and People analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep abreast, research, benchmark, and implement best and cutting-edge practices in P&C management and introduce innovation.
- Provide support on UN volunteers recruitment, career development, and performance management.
- Support data analytics and learning & development initiatives.
- Help supervisors in implementing efficient client services.
- Analyze and synthesize issues and problems in assigned casework.
- Design and deliver learning plans for staff.
- Contribute to the mapping of competencies for all staff.
- Recommend efficient and cost-effective learning products.
- Participate in capacity building initiatives.
- Lead the development of the CO P&C SharePoint page and digitalization of HR administration processes.
- Interpret and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision making.
- Develop data collection systems to optimize data quality.
Required Experience
7 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, business Management, international relations, psychology or other related field. Relevant HR Certification is an asset.
