Overview
The consultant will design and develop web applications using SharePoint Online and the Power platform, contributing technical expertise to solution design and providing application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development of web applications
- Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis to improve the quality of the solution design
- Provide detailed documentation of changes and manage version control with the available systems (Git)
- Provide 3rd level application support and problem resolution for deployed applications
- Participates in the development, programming, testing, debugging and implementation of new applications using SharePoint Online and the Power platform.
- Prepares technical and user documentation for deployed applications, as well as training materials and conducts technical presentations.
- Provides support for deployed applications including version management and troubleshooting; performs ongoing reviews with users and developers and responds to users requests.
- Keeps abreast of developments in the field; performs benchmarking and proposes new tools and libraries.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with SharePoint Online is required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience writing SPFX using JavaScript/TypeScript and React is required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building apps with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 is required.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with PowerShell and AzureDevops Pipelines is required.
- Experience with C# is desirable.
- Experience with AI and GIS is desirable.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
