Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational, financial, programmatic, and fraud risks related to the Ebola response. Advise teams on risk mitigation measures and compensatory controls.
At least five (5) years of continuous professional experience in risk management and compliance or in another directly relevant field, including several years in internal audit. Experience in financial management—particularly in the development and implementation of financial control systems, enterprise risk management (ERM), audit and internal control—is highly desirable, preferably within international organizations, NGOs, or the United Nations system. Experience in managing risks related to public health emergency responses, humanitarian programmes, or epidemic responses is considered an asset. Experience within the United Nations system or an international organization is desirable. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher*) in business administration and financial management, operations management, strategic management, risk management, audit, investigation, internal control, statistics, or data analysis.
