The Construction Officer will report to the Deputy Representative – P4 and is responsible for providing technical support to construction activities of the country office, including planning, support to procurement, and monitoring of construction works on site.
A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in project monitoring, site supervision, quality assurance and/or other directly related technical fields is required. Experience in WASH, Infrastructure rehabilitation, Procurement Compliance is a strong asset. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering and any other related fields.
