Overview

The consultant will conduct career counselling sessions to improve awareness among potential and returning migrants regarding skills development, employability, and overseas employment opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop session plans, presentations, and counselling materials for career counselling sessions.
  • Conduct eight counselling sessions. Submit pre and post evaluation, attendance sheets and session report.
  • Conduct seven counselling sessions. Submit pre and post evaluation, attendance sheets and final report.
Required Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in career counselling, labour migration, skills development, youth engagement, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting trainings, counselling sessions, or community outreach activities.
  • Strong understanding of labour migration dynamics, skills development systems, and overseas employment processes in Pakistan.
  • Familiarity with TVET programmes, employability initiatives, and entrepreneurship support mechanisms.
  • Experience working with government institutions, migrants, youth, and vulnerable communities will be an asset.
