Overview
To lead proposal-development teams and draft high-quality proposals for institutional and private donors for amounts less than $5 million. Support national office positioning and identification of new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposal-development teams.
- Draft all or sections of high-quality proposals for institutional and private donors.
- Support national office positioning.
- Support identification of new opportunities.
Required Experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in the design, formulation, and management of development projects, using relevant methodologies and tools for national and international institutions.
- Strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and general regulations of various international cooperation agencies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree in Project Management, International Cooperation, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
