Overview
Support the UNDP-Global Fund Partnership Health System Team by assisting with risk management and compliance activities, data analysis, and reporting for development programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support tracking and analysis of audit findings and recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating risk and compliance trackers.
- Contribute to portfolio-level risk analysis outputs.
- Support identification of recurring compliance gaps.
- Assist in preparing input for risk reporting.
- Compile, clean, and structure datasets.
- Support analysis of data to identify trends and risks.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards.
- Support interpretation of analytical outputs.
- Support data quality assurance.
- Support preparation of periodic reporting outputs.
- Produce content, summary tables, and visual outputs for management briefings.
- Contribute to the development of standardized reporting templates.
- Assist in consolidating inputs from multiple sources.
- Support documentation and refinement of risk and compliance-related tools.
- Contribute to development of guidance materials and internal knowledge products.
- Assist in capturing lessons learned.
- Support targeted research on key risk topics.
- Support preparation of analytical briefs for meetings and workshops.
- Assist in notetaking and follow-up tracking.
Required Experience
- Experience with web-based applications, data visualization software, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Basic understanding of public health, risk management, compliance or gender and safeguarding issues is an asset.
- Background in international development, global health, public policy, or a related field.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
- Have graduated with a university degree (as defined in (a) and (b) above) and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation.
- Degree programme in public health, international relations/development studies, or other relevant fields.
