Key Responsibilities
- Design, construction and completion of Water Supply System in Luganville.
- Construction of HDPE pipelines.
- Construction (trenching) within public roads and verges and the reinstatement of road pavements.
- Managing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Aspects, including environmental management, and health and safety management.
Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Net worth for the last year (2024) must be positive.
- Average Annual Turnover: Minimum average annual turnover of USD 10.5 million for the last three (3) years (2022-2024).
- Financial Resources: Must demonstrate financial resources meeting or exceeding USD2.93 million for the Subject Contract.
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: At least one contract satisfactorily completed within the last eight (8) years, similar to the proposed works, where the Bidder’s participation value exceeds USD13.11 million.
- Experience in Key Activities: Minimum experience in construction of HDPE pipelines, and construction (trenching) within public roads and verges and reinstatement of road pavements.
- Specific Experience in Managing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Aspects: Environmental management, and health and safety management.
Qualifications
- EHS Certification and Documentation: ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems.
- EHS Certification and Documentation: ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
