Overview
Provide technical expertise to support the development of a national transport adaptation plan for Indonesia, focusing on climate action through transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare an inception report with methodology, workplan, and stakeholder approach.
- Develop a climate risk and vulnerability assessment for the transport sector.
- Draft and finalize a national transport adaptation plan incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Actively participate in relevant project discussions, workshops, meetings, and events.
Required Experience
At least 7 years of working experience in sustainable transport, climate change adaptation, or resilient infrastructure, and demonstrated expertise in transport infrastructure policy analysis in Southeast Asia. Strong understanding of Indonesia’s national climate policies and institutional frameworks.
Qualifications
Advance university degree in transport, civil engineering, energy studies, environmental science, climate change, or related field.
