Overview
The Associate Knowledge Management Officer will support the consolidation and documentation of data and information, contribute to developing knowledge products, and participate in knowledge management audits and strategies for the Kenya Country Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in collecting, organizing, and documenting data from housing and slum upgrading specialists.
- Supports in aligning documented data with the Government of Kenya’s Affordable Housing Programme.
- Ensures facts and figures are consistent with UN-Habitat project data.
- Supports the development of knowledge products including reports, presentations, and databases.
- Adapts UN-Habitat knowledge management tools to create knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Supports the development of a comprehensive Knowledge Management and dissemination strategy.
- Proposes tools and platforms to support knowledge repositories.
- Supports the incorporation of AI-assisted data collection and citizen feedback tools.
- Supports the establishment of a relationship framework to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders.
- Facilitates networking and participation of stakeholders in knowledge exchange engagements.
