Overview

The Programme Associate will contribute to programme development and implementation within the OSCE Mission to Moldova's Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Programme. The role involves project co-ordination, financial and administrative support, and liaison with implementing partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in identifying, developing, co-ordinating and monitoring programme and project activities.
  • Co-ordinating administrative, financial and logistical processes related to programme implementation.
  • Reviewing financial and narrative reports submitted by implementing partners.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Preparing correspondence, briefing notes, and programme reports.
  • Organizing and co-ordinating meetings, workshops, and other programme-related events.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience in programme/project management, administration, finance, accounting or related areas.
  • Experience working in an international organization, governmental institution or NGO environment is an asset.
Qualifications

• Completed secondary education supplemented by formal training in project management, public administration, finance, accounting, international relations or other related fields.

Remuneration
• Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deduction is EUR 1,342.75. • OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Moldova. • Social benefits include participation in the Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund. • Appointments are normally made at Step 1 of the applicable OSCE salary scale. • In exceptional cases, an initial appointment at up to Step 3 may be considered.
