Overview
The Programme Associate will contribute to programme development and implementation within the OSCE Mission to Moldova's Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) Programme. The role involves project co-ordination, financial and administrative support, and liaison with implementing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in identifying, developing, co-ordinating and monitoring programme and project activities.
- Co-ordinating administrative, financial and logistical processes related to programme implementation.
- Reviewing financial and narrative reports submitted by implementing partners.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Preparing correspondence, briefing notes, and programme reports.
- Organizing and co-ordinating meetings, workshops, and other programme-related events.
Required Experience
- A minimum of six years of progressively responsible professional experience in programme/project management, administration, finance, accounting or related areas.
- Experience working in an international organization, governmental institution or NGO environment is an asset.
Qualifications
• Completed secondary education supplemented by formal training in project management, public administration, finance, accounting, international relations or other related fields.
