Overview

Coordinate the implementation of a project focused on enhancing the resilience and socioeconomic empowerment of vulnerable individuals through capacity building, partnerships, and community-based interventions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the pilot capacity‑building programme with the Ministry of Local Development (MLD) in Giza.
  • Organize and facilitate participatory training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.
  • Manage logistics and administration for trainings, including venues, materials, attendance, and reporting.
  • Adapt and deliver Project Management TOT modules for practical relevance to MLD staff.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve training content and delivery.
  • Document lessons learned, good practices, and success stories for future replication.
  • Coordinate with UNHCR and MLD stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Monitor programme outcomes and track progress against training objectives.
  • Maintain structured records and databases on training sessions and participant performance.
  • Prepare progress updates, reports, and inputs for donor and partner communication.
  • Troubleshoot operational or coordination challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Experience

3-4 Years of experience in Partnerships, community engagement, or related fields. Experienced working with government entities, civil society organizations on livelihoods, economic empowerment, or community development projects. Strong understanding of the socio-economic and governance context in Egypt, particularly challenges faced by vulnerable and marginalized groups. Proven skills in documentation, reporting, and analysis of lessons learned, good practices, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
