Required Experience
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last Seven (7) years (27th July 2019 to Bid Submission Deadline) where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds 1040.0 million .
- The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on i) Construction, Improvement, Upgrading, Rehabilitation, or Maintenance of Road Works involving Earthworks, Pavement Works, and Drainage Works .
Qualifications
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover: NRs 1300.00 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last five (5) years divided by five (5).
- Financial Resources: Sole Bidder: NRs 216.00 million. Joint Venture: One partner must meet or exceed its required share of 40% NRs 86.40 million. Each partner must meet or exceed its required share of 25% NRs 54 million. The combined financial resources of the Joint Venture NRs 216.00 million.
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: NRs.1040.0 million .
