Overview

The Human Resources Analyst (HRA) will support the Learning and Leadership Development function within the Talent Division of the Human Resources Department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates logistics and supports virtual and in-person executions of programs.
  • Serves as program assistant for the Executive Coaching program.
  • Manages coaching and learning budgets.
  • Processes invoices and carries out chargebacks.
  • Administers feedback surveys and analyzes results.
  • Provides policy advice on learning and development programs.
  • Enters, retrieves, and manipulates data; updates databases.
  • Maintains and updates program related data and website.
  • Compiles data and conducts analytical work.
  • Maintains up-to-date standard operational procedures and databases.
  • Supports assigned leadership development initiatives and programs.
  • Assists in ad-hoc projects.
Required Experience

A minimum of four years of relevant HR experience is required.

Qualifications

A combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of a secondary school education is required.

Languages Required
Demonstrated strong communications skills, both oral and written.
Languages Preferred
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Workday would be desirable.
