Overview
Provide technical assistance to develop a Draft Circular on the Health Sector Statistical Indicator System in Viet Nam.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a draft implementation review report of Circular No. 23.
- Produce the first complete draft of the Circular annexes (statistical indicator system).
- Revise health indicators based on comments received and prepare formal responses.
- Consolidate feedback into a comprehensive comment-response matrix.
- Contribute to drafting the main Circular text and prepare the full package for submission.
- Collaborate in finalizing the draft Circular and prepare the final document for promulgation.
Required Experience
At least 10 years of relevant experience working in public health or statistics. Experience in developing statistical indicator set, formulating statistical policies.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (master's degree or higher) in Public Health, Health Policy, Statistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Public Administration, Law, or related disciplines. Degree or training in applied statistics.
