Overview
This role supports the delivery of knowledge management and multilingual reference data services within the Publications Office of the European Union.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of knowledge management and multilingual reference data services.
- Interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects facilitating interoperability between EU institutions and third parties.
- Provide services in line with customer needs.
- Play a critical role from creation and enhancement of reference data assets until their publication.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support communication initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the unit’s knowledge base.
- Promote synergies around tools and methods.
- Stay informed about developments in semantic technologies and artificial intelligence.
Required Experience
- Solid experience in areas such as knowledge management, reference data, interoperability or related areas.
- Experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience in service management and / or customer relationship management.
- Experience or knowledge in website content maintenance and management.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
Only qualifications issued or recognised as equivalent by EU Member State authorities will be accepted.
Must have passed an EPSO CAST in the relevant Function Group for this position.
