Overview

The role involves leading the evolution of Remote Access services across Cloud and on-premises environments, driving automation, scalability, and modernization in alignment with Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code principles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a robust governance model for Remote Access services.
  • Lead the transition of Remote Access operations towards full automation and self-service provisioning.
  • Design and propose Cloud-Ready and Open Source solutions.
  • Expand the Remote Access offering to cover new user scenarios.
  • Contribute to the sector-wide evolution towards modern, cloud-native, and open-source security service architectures.
  • Provide peer support and act as a backup to other Service Managers.
  • Improve current service offering implementing infrastructure as a code solution with Open Source software components.
  • Take ownership of Remote Access Services and drive the evolution of these services.
  • Cooperate with DIGIT.S.2 unit for Security Monitoring activities.
  • Cooperate with unit DIGIT.S.1 for technical implementation of security policies.
  • Cooperate within the Sector and with DIGIT.C unit delivering cloud services.
Required Experience

Experience in service management best practices or project management and cloud solutions would be an asset.
