Overview
The role is for an IT Service Officer responsible for Reverse Proxy and Web Application Firewall services, focusing on transitioning these services to cloud-oriented Open Source solutions and implementing automated provisioning workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve current service offering implementing infrastructure as a code solution with Open Source software components, deployable as part of a DevSecOps pipeline;
- Take ownership of Reverse Proxy and Web Application Firewall Services and drive the evolution of these services;
- Cooperate with DIGIT.S.2 unit for Security Monitoring activities and with unit DIGIT.S.1 for technical implementation of security policies;
- Cooperate within the Sector and with DIGIT.C unit delivering cloud services.
Required Experience
Experience in service management best practices or project management and cloud solutions would be an asset.
