Overview
The Digital Program Specialist - Data Analytics will bridge business functions and data engineering teams to enable consistent, reliable, and decision-ready data across the Bank. The role focuses on translating business requirements into data logic and aligning KPI definitions and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into data definitions, KPI logic, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify data needs and interpret business processes.
- Define and document business data logic, ensuring traceability.
- Coordinate with core departments to align on KPI definitions, reporting logic, and data usage.
- Resolve cross-functional data inconsistencies.
- Act as a central coordination point for data-related topics.
- Support data model design, data pipelines, and system integration.
- Translate business logic into implementable data transformations and validate outputs.
- Lead and coordinate UAT activities, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Support data transitions and ensure continuity across system upgrades.
- Ensure alignment of data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting standards.
- Support the implementation of data governance practices.
- Identify and address gaps in data definitions, data usage, and governance processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex data issues.
- Drive improvements in data processes, data flows, and reporting workflows.
- Identify opportunities to optimize data solutions, improve automation, and enhance scalability.
- Support management and reporting, such as through managing executive-level dashboards.
- Provide insights and interpretation to support decision-making.
- Ensure that reporting outputs are aligned with underlying data logic, governance standards, and business definitions.
Required Experience
5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles. Demonstrated experience working across business and technology teams in complex organizations. Experience supporting enterprise data initiatives, system implementations, or reporting transformations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analysis, computer science, finance, or related fields. Relevant certifications in data, analytics, or technology domains are an advantage.
