Overview
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end transformation of the Country Office to a partner-led model, ensuring effective, timely delivery with strong stakeholder ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Country Director and SLT to plan, sequence, and execute the transition roadmap
- Ensure staff, partners, donors, and government stakeholders are aligned and engaged
- Manage organisational change across structure, culture, capabilities, and ways of working
- Mitigate risks related to delivery continuity, reputation, staff transition, and partner capacity
- Embed sustainable change systems, not just short-term transition delivery
