Overview
The IT Coordinator will lead the coordination and delivery of IT support services, managing local IT infrastructure, and administering corporate systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT operational and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure system security, access control, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Maintain reliable IT infrastructure, applications, and connectivity.
- Provide timely first-line IT support and resolve user issues.
- Perform proactive maintenance of IT systems.
- Support programme delivery through effective IT solutions.
- Build user capacity by enhancing IT skills.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies.
- Support the implementation of ICT operational and disaster recovery plans.
- Recommend ICT infrastructure that complies with corporate standards.
- Maintain agreed levels of service provision.
- Control Information Security plans.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, deploying, and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure and telecommunications networks.
- Strong hands-on experience in administering enterprise systems, including Microsoft Server environments, SQL Server, and email platforms (e.g., Exchange/Office 365).
- Proven experience in implementing, managing, and supporting organisational information systems and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of IT service management, system security, and business continuity practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
