Overview

Experienced monitoring and evaluation (M&E) professional to lead the design and implementation of a project’s monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning system. Ensures data systems generate reliable insights for program improvement and donor reporting, and strengthens learning and adaptive management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the project’s MERL framework and M&E plan
  • Oversee data collection systems, tools, and databases to ensure quality and usability
  • Design and manage midline and endline studies
  • Track project performance and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Consolidate and validate reports for submission to donors and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the donor, National Office, and Country Office
  • Facilitate feedback loops with communities and partners; integrate findings into program design
  • Lead documentation and sharing of lessons learned and best practices
  • Build capacity of staff and partners on participatory and gender-responsive M&E approaches
Required Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in MERL and community-based projects. Strong background in monitoring and evaluation systems, research design, and data analysis. Training in project management, participatory research, and M&E methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Social Work, Community Development, or related fields.
