Overview
Lead the development and delivery of supporter journeys to strengthen long-term connections with Oxfam and maximise opportunities for supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of inspiring, insight-driven supporter journeys for key Oxfam audiences.
- Strengthen supporters’ long-term connection with Oxfam.
- Ensure supporters feel valued, informed, and motivated to deepen their engagement over time.
- Take ownership of income targets for each supporter group.
- Use data, creativity, and collaboration to maximise opportunities for supporters to diversify their involvement.
- Shape how supporters experience Oxfam’s mission.
- Ensure every interaction contributes to a meaningful, rewarding relationship that drives lasting impact.
- Manage direct marketing / individual giving programmes.
- Build relationships across stakeholder groups.
- Plan, implement and evaluate supporter communication activity across a range of channels.
- Conduct audience listening, research and insights techniques.
- Manage budgets.
- Manage agencies.
- Manage performance of others and help people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
Required Experience
- Demonstrable experience of managing direct marketing / individual giving programmes.
- Understanding of the principles and practices of supporter relationship development.
- Ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups.
- Project management skills, with proven experience of planning, implementing and evaluating supporter communication activity across a range of channels.
- Demonstrable experience of audience listening, research and insights techniques.
- High levels of numeracy and experience of budget management.
- Experience of agency management.
- Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
