Overview

Lead the development and delivery of supporter journeys to strengthen long-term connections with Oxfam and maximise opportunities for supporter engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of inspiring, insight-driven supporter journeys for key Oxfam audiences.
  • Strengthen supporters’ long-term connection with Oxfam.
  • Ensure supporters feel valued, informed, and motivated to deepen their engagement over time.
  • Take ownership of income targets for each supporter group.
  • Use data, creativity, and collaboration to maximise opportunities for supporters to diversify their involvement.
  • Shape how supporters experience Oxfam’s mission.
  • Ensure every interaction contributes to a meaningful, rewarding relationship that drives lasting impact.
  • Manage direct marketing / individual giving programmes.
  • Build relationships across stakeholder groups.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate supporter communication activity across a range of channels.
  • Conduct audience listening, research and insights techniques.
  • Manage budgets.
  • Manage agencies.
  • Manage performance of others and help people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
Required Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing direct marketing / individual giving programmes.
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of supporter relationship development.
  • Ability to build relationships across stakeholder groups.
  • Project management skills, with proven experience of planning, implementing and evaluating supporter communication activity across a range of channels.
  • Demonstrable experience of audience listening, research and insights techniques.
  • High levels of numeracy and experience of budget management.
  • Experience of agency management.
  • Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential.
