Overview

Support young people aged 15 to 25 with learning difficulties or social barriers in gaining skills and confidence for the job market. The role involves mentoring individuals, leading workshops, and helping participants discover their strengths.


Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor young people in subjects like German, math, English, IT basics, or life skills.
  • Lead workshops based on skills and interests, such as art, sports, technology, or communication skills.
  • Help young people build self-confidence, set goals, and navigate challenges.
  • Design approach, choose methods, and take ownership of contributions.
Required Experience

No specific degree or experience required, but an open mind, willingness to learn, and a heart for working with young people are essential. Experience reviewing Urdu content is required.

Work Modality
Work independently in a small town in Austria.
Remuneration
A private, fully furnished studio apartment. A daily allowance of 7 EUR pocket money and 12 EUR food allowance. A Tyrol public transport ticket (Tirolticket) for trains and buses will be provided.
