Overview
Seeking motivated international volunteers aged 18-30 to join the Rietavas Open Youth Center team in Lithuania. The role involves co-designing daily schedules focused on youth leisure, health, culture, and communication, launching personal initiatives, and supporting youth workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Launching own initiatives such as workshops, language classes, or arts and sports events
- Supporting youth workers with daily activities, tournaments, celebrations, and camps
- Becoming a digital storyteller by creating videos and social media content to promote the center
- Visiting local high schools to inspire students about European volunteering opportunities
