Overview
As a volunteer, you will lead workshops and training sessions to strengthen school management by equipping teachers with innovative practical and theoretical teaching methods. You will support subject teachers across diverse disciplines, raising community awareness on the vital importance of education.

- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities.
- Contribute to the success of Mondo’s community projects, supporting both primary and secondary schools through continuous follow-up and engagement.
- Participate in skills development workshops.
- Enhance digital literacy.
- Participate in UN Women Summits.
- Facilitate digital training sessions.
Required Experience
- Experience in teaching or developing educational materials.
- Familiarity with managing community libraries.
- Experience working with vulnerable groups.
- Experience liaising with government education agencies is a plus.
Qualifications
• University degree in education, social work, or community development.
