Overview
This role is responsible for driving innovative financing and private sector engagement across the Asia Pacific region to diversify funding and unlock sustainable impact for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a strong pipeline of innovative finance and private sector opportunities across APAC
- Design and structure financing solutions including blended finance, impact investment, and results-based mechanisms
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, investors, and financial institutions
- Mobilise resources from private sector actors aligned with Plan’s mission and priorities
- Support Country Offices to identify, develop, and deliver finance-ready opportunities
- Strengthen systems, tools, and internal capacity for innovative finance across the region
- Position Plan International as a credible and strategic partner in the private sector and ESG space
Required Experience
Typically 8+ years in innovative finance, investment, corporate partnerships, or consulting. Strong track record of structuring and delivering complex financing or partnership solutions. Experience engaging corporates, investors, financial institutions, or ESG stakeholders. Experience working across multiple countries or in regional/global roles.
