Overview
Provides administrative, secretarial, and logistical support to the Head of Unit and the team. The role involves document management, filtering calls, organizing meetings and missions, and monitoring deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative, secretarial and logistical support to the Head of Unit and the rest of the team.
- Document management.
- Filtering of telephone calls.
- Organisation of meetings and missions.
- Monitoring of deadlines.
- Preparation of meetings of strategic importance to the DG: coordination of input, collecting input, organising briefing files, follow-up.
Required Experience
Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (if secondary education diploma is held).
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
