Overview
This consultancy involves providing program support for the CORE Project, focusing on community development and empowerment in cocoa-farming areas. The role will contribute to strengthening community capacity, improving local governance, and implementing the Graduated Village Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare activities by coordinating with district government, participants, and arranging logistics.
- Conduct activities with partners, documenting progress through reports and photos.
- Ensure VSLA groups are mentored and progress is updated, including QB monitoring.
- Conduct regular monitoring through communication and field visits with various stakeholders.
- Submit monthly activity reports including meeting minutes, photos, financial support documents, and Kobo updates.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of community assistance experience.
Qualifications
Minimum education: S1 graduate from agriculture, social or relevant. Have good facilitation skills in the community. Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel are a must). Have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
