Overview
The Duty Manager is accountable for all aspects of operational management of a large format store, driving its growth and development. The role involves leading and empowering a team to maximise income generation and deliver a positive customer and donor experience.

- Accountable for all aspects of operational management of a large format store.
- Driving the growth and development of the Store in line with values and strategy.
- Leading and empowering a team of paid and volunteer colleagues to maximise income generation.
- Delivering a positive customer and donor experience.
Required Experience
- Experience of working in a large format stores or multi-sites, driving significant revenue across multiple products and large teams.
- Experience of managing performance of others and enabling people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces.
- Operational management with a focus on consistent delivery of standards and processes.
