Provide support, troubleshooting, and training to Country Offices in the UNICEF Asia Pacific Regional Office region on the application of digital tools in programme implementation.
Provide tailormade rollout, support, troubleshooting and training to Country Offices in UNICEF APRO region in their application of the digital tools in everyday programme implementation.
At least five years supporting offices with rollout, support, troubleshooting of digital solutions in the downstream programme implementation space. Experience organizing and facilitating trainings to groups of partner and UNICEF staff on use and application of digital tools. Experience supporting medium and small country offices with limited staffing capacity on programme implementation digital solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Business related or social science degree with certification in information technology/data management can be considered in lieu of IT-related degree.
