Overview

The role involves preparing, documenting, and performing scripted and semi-scripted roles during training sessions on Trafficking in Persons and Money Laundering.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and study scripts and character profiles.
  • Perform assigned roles in structured and semi-structured simulation exercises.
  • Improvise realistically within defined parameters when required.
  • Adapt performance according to facilitator instructions and learning objectives.
  • Maintain consistency and professionalism across multiple simulation sessions.
  • Participate in preparatory briefings with trainers/facilitators.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding training content and participant performance.
  • Design and develop scripts and realistic simulation scenarios.
  • Create comprehensive character profiles.
  • Document participation in training sessions.
Required Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of acting experience in theater, film, television, or applied performance settings is required. Demonstrated experience in role-play or simulation exercises for training, capacity-building, or educational purposes is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal acting training or degree in performing arts, theater, drama, communications, or related field is desirable.

Fluency in Spanish, oral and written proficiency, is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of another United Nations official language is an advantage.
