The CBA Finance Officer supports the financial management of cash-based assistance programmes, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant cash disbursements. The role also involves supporting the management and supervision of Financial Service Providers.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and Auditing, Financial Management, Audit and Investigation, financial management, cash transfer programming, risk management, internal audit, compliance, budgeting and forecasting, contract management, accounts reconciliation, payment processing, humanitarian finance.
Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Risk Prevention, accounting, finance, economics, business administration and any other related fields.
