Overview
The Technical Specialist in Information Management on Rehabilitation will lead and coordinate the development of key data products and tools to support evidence-based policymaking and provide updates on rehabilitation system development.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the monthly Rehabilitation Technical Working Group mapping dashboard.
- Provide technical and analytical support for the development of the Rehabilitation Workforce Roadmap and Action Plan.
- Produce two quarterly reports on rehabilitation system performance.
- Attend joint weekly meetings and support operational discussions on policy documents and regulations related to rehabilitation.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years' experience of working at the Ministry of Health and/or the National Health Service of Ukraine.
- Experience of work with/ managing agreements / contracts for the Program of Medical Guarantees is an asset.
- Previous experience with legislation/ regulatory documents' processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the health-related and/or managerial specialities.
- Advanced university degree in public management and administration is desirable.
