Overview

Consultant to review, update, and tailor existing training materials on investigative interviewing for Cambodian immigration and border officials, and to deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) program.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review, adapt, and tailor existing IOM resources on investigative interviewing to align with the needs of Cambodian GDI officials.
  • Develop a consolidated training curriculum on investigative interviewing, incorporating aspects of tackling transnational organized crime.
  • Conduct one Training of Trainers (ToT) session for selected GDI officials.
  • Facilitate the roll out of a cascade training by providing expert support to selected GDI trainers.
Required Experience

At least five years of professional experience in migration, immigration, or border management, with proven expertise in developing standardized training curricula and materials. Strong background in capacity-building programs, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training packages for institutional or government settings. Prior experience with IOM or another UN agency is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

A university degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, Public Policy, or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree in a relevant field is an asset.
