Overview
Provides administrative support to a group of Professionals within the Division of Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Waste Technology, contributing to the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft standard correspondence and format letters, reports, and other documents.
- Search office files and records to select information for supervisors.
- Prepare graphs, charts, and visual aids.
- Manage the work unit's Records Office, including maintaining file lists and liaising with ARMS.
- Make arrangements for meetings, seminars, and events, including logistics and document preparation.
- Take and prepare minutes of internal meetings.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements and prepare travel authorizations/claims.
- Input, retrieve, and assemble information into/from databases.
- Calculate and prepare standard components of the programme and budget.
- Update and maintain information databases.
- Distribute work among support staff and check work in progress.
Required Experience
Minimum of four years of general office support experience, some of which in an international environment.
Qualifications
Completed secondary education.
