This is an opportunity for a professional to grow their HR career within an HR team, contributing to various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Performance Management, Staff Relations, and Contracting, Entitlement and Payroll.
Six (06) or more years of progressively responsible support work experience in general administrative work, including at least three years in human resources. Post-secondary education can compensate for some years of experience. For example, three (03) years of work experience in combination with a Master’s Degree; or four (04) years of work experience in combination with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferably, relevant university education covering organizational psychology and/or Human Resources Management. Minimum secondary school education with post-secondary certification in Human Resources Management. Other educational backgrounds can be considered provided relevant professional experience and/or formal training in HRM.
