Overview
The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer (ERP HCM, AI and Digital Transformation) will be responsible for the functional oversight, configuration, and continuous enhancement of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, acting as the functional focal point for Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform functional activities to maintain the integrity of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) configurations for Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Staff Administration components.
- Contribute to the analysis of major changes arising from new or revised HR policies, assessing their impact on ERP HCM solutions.
- Provide functional analysis to identify gaps between HR business processes and standard ERP HCM functionalities.
- Manage bug fixes, troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules following best practices and business requirements.
- Prepare high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, customizations, and AI-enabled solution components.
- Translate business needs into functional solution designs, configuration plans, testing strategies, and AI-assisted process improvements.
- Maintain and oversee Configuration Workbooks (CWB), Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and AI solution documentation.
- Provide specialist support to HR units as the HCM focal point for technical service requests, issue resolution, and enhancement design.
- Coordinate with business partners, Oracle, outsourcing vendors, and relevant stakeholders to support solution delivery and user adoption initiatives.
- Evaluate, prototype, and promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation capabilities within ERP HCM processes.
Required Experience
- Five years of relevant professional experience with a Master's degree, or seven years of relevant work experience with a University degree.
- Experience in ERP implementation, including at least two years of experience as an ERP HCM Functional Analyst.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution design, configuration, and support during implementation or post–go live phases.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or, University degree in the above fields.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or SAP, PMP or PRINCE 2 methodologies and certification is a distinct advantage.
