Overview
This role involves leading and developing staff, building relationships with partners, ensuring project quality, and contributing to program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Christian leadership and nurture staff spirituality.
- Facilitate a positive working environment and build staff capacity.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and government institutions.
- Represent the organization in technical working groups.
- Coordinate and network for technical resources.
- Develop TOR, manage training logistics and finance.
- Monitor project spending and manage budgets.
- Provide training and coaching on Transformational Development Principles.
- Support project design and DME processes.
- Develop and use monitoring systems and tools.
- Coordinate revisions of plans and budgets.
- Write and submit project reports.
- Lead the annual Programmed Quality Self-Review process.
- Assist in humanitarian emergency disaster management.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years of appropriate professional experience (Child Health, DRR and Climate Change Adaptation). Demonstrated experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing. Proven leadership ability and experience as a team.
Qualifications
University degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Public Health, Development Studies, Philosophy & Social Science and Humanity).
