The Yemen WASH Consortium MEAL Coordinator will provide consortium-wide technical leadership for monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, and responsible information management for a DG ECHO-funded action.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of humanitarian MEAL experience, including at least 3 years leading multi-partner or consortium-level MEAL coordination. Demonstrated experience working with DG ECHO Single Form results frameworks, KRI/KOI indicators, and donor reporting requirements. Practical experience designing monitoring systems, indicator protocols, sampling frameworks, surveys, evaluations and DQAs. Previous experience and knowledge of WASH monitoring and its links with public health, health, nutrition and disease-outbreak response. Strong experience in AAP/FCRM, CHS commitments, protection mainstreaming, safeguarding referrals and disability inclusion. Responsible-data and data-protection experience, including data-sharing, access controls and incident escalation. Advanced competency in use of relevant technology systems (MS Office suite skills) and digital data-collection capability using tools such as KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO; dashboard skills in Power BI. Solid and sound data management and reporting skills. Strong facilitation, negotiation and capacity-strengthening skills. Good leadership and team management skills with minimum 3 years of experience in this domain.
Relevant University Degree or demonstrably equivalent professional experience in MEAL, statistics, public health, social sciences, information management or a related discipline.
