Human Resources Analyst- Contractual (HR Operations) - HRD

Overview

The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking Human Resources Analyst(s) for the HR Operations Division to provide operational and administrative support across a broad range of human resources operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering HR policies and programs in accordance with established procedures and documented precedents.
• Delivering HR services within defined service standards and performance targets.
• Providing high-quality customer service and support to employees and candidates.
• Administering HR transactions and allowance payments.
• Conducting audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinating recruitment activities, and candidate engagement.
• Resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Contributing to the development of procedures and guidance materials.
• Leveraging HR technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Supporting knowledge transfer through the training of back-up and temporary staff.

Required Experience

A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required. Two years of experience in human resources is highly desirable. Experience in customer service, HR benefits administration, recruitment operations, talent acquisition support, accounting, payroll is highly desirable. Experience coordinating recruitment activities, candidate communications, interview scheduling is highly desirable. Experience using HR systems, case management tools, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and/or AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable.

Qualifications

A combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of secondary education is required. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, accounting or a related field is preferred.
