Overview
This role involves providing Information Communications Technology (ICT) system repair and maintenance, as well as ICT Hardware Asset Management services. The position supports NATO operations, exercises, and training.

Required Experience
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (such as Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or Network Engineering) with 3 years post-related experience; or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience within the past 10 years.
- Proven experience configuring network hardware, routing protocols, and switches with the ability to work independently to solve problems
- Deep understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and network troubleshooting techniques utilizing complex test equipment
- At least 2 years of experience leading, supervising, motivating, or directing a technical team of technicians
