Overview
Responsible for delivering exceptional retail standards and customer service in a large format store, supporting managers to drive growth and development in line with Oxfam's values and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional retail standards and customer service.
- Support Store and Duty Managers to drive growth and development of the store.
- Work alongside volunteers.
- Support Store and Duty Managers with shop floor operation to maximise income generation.
- Deliver a positive customer and donor experience.
Required Experience
- Experience of working in a customer focused retail role.
- Experience of supporting colleagues and working collaboratively.
