The Technical Assistance Advisor will contribute to the implementation of the TADAT initiative, focusing on tax administration diagnostics and reform efforts. The role involves developing training, reviewing reports, and participating in research to improve revenue administration performance.
At least 4 years of professional working experience in a tax administration or revenue authority. Priority will be given to candidates with 5+ years of experience. Experience in delivering tax or revenue administration technical assistance to tax administrations in other countries. Prior participation in TADAT training and assessments, as well as experience in project implementation, would be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to leverage digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI).
An advanced university degree or equivalent in a field related to taxation, such as economics, accounting, law, or business administration.
