Overview
The Community Mobilizer will implement response and recovery activities for the Philippines South Mindanao Earthquake Response, focusing on Shelter, Livelihoods, WASH, Health, Education, and Protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and quality implementation of response activities and strategize day-to-day activities.
- Ensure programme planning is informed by technical standards and operational viability.
- Ensure coordination with stakeholders, beneficiary targeting, and validation are participatory, equal, transparent, and conflict-sensitive.
- Ensure post-distribution documentation is properly accomplished, including disaggregation by sex, age, and disability.
- Ensure all feedback received from stakeholders is acted upon and endorsed as necessary.
- Plan and conduct sector-specific humanitarian interventions.
- Coordinate with Support services for timely provision of funds, staff, equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
- Identify, report, and refer operational blockages to the Response Manager and Security.
Required Experience
Experience in community engagement of field work. Experience in Emergency Response.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or with relevant field experience.
