Overview
The Partnership Manager will lead the country office’s partnership portfolio, provide strategic leadership to its localisation agenda, and manage the partnership cycle process.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement localisation strategy.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for partnership programming, integrating partnerships throughout the project cycle management process.
- Develop and maintain partnerships systems, tools, guidelines, and procedures.
- Oversee partner organisation capacity sharing, identifying priorities, developing joint plans, and monitoring progress.
- Build and develop relationships with local NGOs, civil society organisations, national and local actors, public institutions, academia, and the private sector.
- Manage partnerships in line with NRC policies, humanitarian principles, donor requirements, and partnership standards.
- Lead people, including performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, staff induction, staff development, and duty of care.
- Represent NRC in relevant partnership coordination platforms.
- Actively promote safeguarding and anti-corruption standards and principles.
Required Experience
- Relevant senior level experience within an NGO/international organisation.
- Grants’ management, partnership, and/or coordination expertise.
- Complex humanitarian contexts exposure.
- National, international, and local civil society organisations background.
- Palestine and the Middle East context experience and knowledge.
