Overview
The intern will support the AI and Robotics Programme Officer in conducting research, assisting with stakeholder communication, and contributing to the planning, promotion, and implementation of AI and robotics programmes and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in AI and robotics and prepare internal updates.
- Assist with stakeholder communication, including drafting correspondence, tracking responses, and maintaining stakeholder lists for AI for Good initiatives.
- Support the preparation, planning, promotion, and implementation of AI and robotics programmes and events, including meetings.
- Contribute to event organization by preparing timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, logistical information for participants, and responding to attendee inquiries.
- Provide general logistical and administrative support for the implementation of work programmes and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience
No work experience is required.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or has recently completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration, international relations, or a related field.
