Internship opportunity in the Management and Communication Unit at the United Nations Office at Geneva, focusing on training program coordination and content creation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating training and learning programs.
  • Support individuals enrolled in online and in-person courses and workshops.
  • Collaborate on gathering feedback, editing surveys, and analyzing responses.
  • Provide logistical assistance to CLM programme managers.
  • Create and publish internal marketing materials for CLM courses and activities.
  • Collaborate to create visual materials and update internal communication channels.
  • Support the redesign of CLM’s official video.
Required Experience

Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.

Qualifications
  • Be enrolled in, or have recently completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D. Programme.
  • Have good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Other Details
Languages Required
Fluency in spoken and written English is required for the internship.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of French is an advantage.

Remuneration
Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
