Overview
Internship opportunity in the Management and Communication Unit at the United Nations Office at Geneva, focusing on training program coordination and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating training and learning programs.
- Support individuals enrolled in online and in-person courses and workshops.
- Collaborate on gathering feedback, editing surveys, and analyzing responses.
- Provide logistical assistance to CLM programme managers.
- Create and publish internal marketing materials for CLM courses and activities.
- Collaborate to create visual materials and update internal communication channels.
- Support the redesign of CLM’s official video.
Required Experience
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have recently completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D. Programme.
- Have good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
